Both the webmail programs we offer have been updated to their latest versions. They’re both available at:

Our RoundCube Mail installation had severely decayed in the past few months, but we are are now running an up-to-date version that should rectify problems you may have been experienced in the past. Please try it and let us know if there are any problems.

Drupal upgraded to 4.6.10 and 4.7.4

Our shared Drupal installations have been upgraded to Drupal 4.6.10 and 4.7.4.

With the aging of the 4.6.x series, we’re going to start migrating clients’ sites to Drupal 4.7. We’ll be doing this one client at a time working on a per-site basis.

Drupal upgraded to 4.6.9 and 4.7.3

We’ve upgraded our managed Drupal installs to Drupal 4.6.9 and 4.7.3, tracking security and bug fixes.

caligula kernel upgrade to 2.6.17

caligula was down for a few minutes today, for a kernel upgrade to Linux 2.6.17 and upgrade of various software, including phpMyAdmin and some of our Python modules. Total downtime was approx. 5 minutes.

Managed Drupal installs upgraded to 4.6.8/4.7.2

We’ve upgraded our managed Drupal 4.6 installs to to Drupal 4.6.7 and Drupal 4.6.8, and also upgraded our managed Drupal 4.7 installs to Drupal 4.7.1 and Drupal 4.7.2, tracking security fixes.

Squirrelmail upgraded to 1.4.6

If you use Rhombic Networks’ webmail, we’ve upgraded our installation of Squirrelmail to version 1.4.6. The URL has changed, so you can access it at:

Drupal upgraded to 4.6.6

We’ve upgraded the Drupal installation on our managed Drupal installations to Drupal 4.6.6 tracking bug and security fixes.

TinyMCE upgraded on shared Drupal installs

We’ve upgraded the version of TinyMCE we were using with the Drupal TinyMCE module. The upgrade fixes some problems that Apple Safari webbrowser users were having when trying to edit pages.

PHP 5.1.1

Rhombic Networks is now running PHP 5.1.1.

This upgrade seems to have brought some changes in the PHP PCRE functions. For example, it’s broken the PHP Markdown processor such as the one used by our shared Drupal installs. That particular error has been fixed, though there may be others.
